San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge

History, tradition and technology, in the mountains

San Lorenzo Mountain Lodge dates back to the 15th century when it served as hunting lodge for members of the local aristocracy.

 

As they step through the ornately carved wooden entrance doors, guests find themselves immersed in the warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of South Tyrol's mountain homes.

 

The ground floor of the lodge is comprised of entrance hall, with fabulous 16th century vaulted ceiling; a day room equipped with DVD player, internet corner, games for children and an ipod station; a dining room with traditional Tyrolean "stube"; a tea room with stereo system and small library; and a stunning barrel vaulted kitchen, with traditional wood fired stove.
