Grapes cultivation is an ancient tradition in Moldova. Moldavian vineyards give rich crops of table varieties of grapes having medical-dietary properties, and also variety of the grape from which here they make wines satisfying the most refined taste. Together with the wines of known European grape each visitor can taste here: Chardonnay, Pinot, Riesling, Cabernet, Aligote, high-quality wines of the local varieties - Rara Neagra, Feteasca, Plavai.
The Bardar landscapes with its well-groomed vineyards amaze with calmness and tranquility. The plantations surrounded with the small river Botna are majestic and full of charm. The wines and strong beverages made by the experts from "Vinaria Bardar", are unique. They are famous among the connoisseur in the whole world as they are recorded in the encyclopedic catalogue "World strong beverages and cognacs" with the special place given to the cognac Cezar, and also in the oenology guide "1000 best wines of ' 99".
Earlier the enterprise produced only ordinary cognacs but since 1999 the winery "Vinaria Bardar" started production of the branded seven-year old cognac Marshal. This rather new drink won in 1999 the gold medal in Crimea. Another undoubted success of the professionals from Bardar is the 4-years-old cognac VINORUM. In 1999 VINORUM was awarded with the silver medal at the exhibition in Crimea.
EXCURSION in the winery "Bardar" includes visiting: - of the industrial workshops of the factory: shop for wine and cognac processing, shop for wine storage, filling line; - and the historical corner of the factory – excursion to the cellars where distillates are kept to mature in the oak barrels, tour around the whole winery, tasting room.
TASTING takes place in the tasting room of the winery "Bardar" and includes high-quality quality cognacs, depending on the package you have chosen.
The tourist complex has also the shop where you can purchase the cognacs, accompanying goods and souvenirs.
